The Edward Carpenter Communuty Trust (ECCT) is a separate organisation from the main ECC Community. It is a registered charity with aims centred on health and education for and about the LGBTQ community. It makes several grants per year to small LGBTQ charities whose aims are aligned with the Trust. Its longer term aim is to make a substantial grant to fund the purchase of buildings or land which will be used to promote the charitable objectives of ECCT. In recent years it has received several legacies left to it by ECC members, and we encourage people to include the Trust in their wills.
